Job Description:

We are a well-established construction firm with a 16-year track record in Delaware, operating out of New Castle and Sussex County. Our company specializes in various phases of residential construction along with some light commercial projects. We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and are currently seeking skilled Carpenters to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Independently perform and complete carpentry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Plan ahead for required materials and project execution to ensure seamless workflow.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Lift and move heavy items as necessary to accomplish project goals.
• Work a standard schedule of 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

• Valid transportation and license for commuting to various job sites.
• Possession of personal hand tools for carpentry work.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and random drug testing.
• Physical capability to handle heavy items safely.
